Abstract
This document contains an outline and the first two introduction modules of a workshop to introduce Lean Product and Process Development. This particular workshop has been delivered at corporations at the beginning of their LPPD journey as a means of skill leveling in the discipline, and uses the framework of Designing the Future to organize the instruction.
