Abstract
D. W. Poock and P. Gheresus (GMI Engineering and Management Institute) described an interactive BASIC program which has been developed as an instructional aid to engineering economy students. The program is menu driven and is written to run on a Tektronix 4051 Microcomputer. The user is asked to provide various parameters regarding the topic selected, then the program provides the solution. This procedure is flexible and allows the user to investigate the sensitivity of the solution to one or more parameters without any additional efforts. With minor modifications, Poock and Gheresus added, the program can be implemented in any computer that supports BASIC language.
