Proficient on enterprise quality systems (Shingo Operating System Design), facilitation and data analysis, including strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri), process improvement methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma); and, coaching and mentoring.

My approach is one grounded in coaching to allow students explore by themselves in order to learn. I focus on understanding the student’s current level of knowledge in order to formulate questions and provide information to assist in their development.
