About
John Grether has over 25 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business, economics and entrepreneurship. Prior to his career in higher education he had over a decade of experience running and founding new ventures in the food, retail and service industries. His current teaching interests are in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy and Governance. His current research is in four areas: Establishing entrepreneurial capacity in developing countries and other underserved communities, governance structures for virtual markets and communities, business program and course design to address the workplace needs of the modern economy, and the social and ethical ramifications of a global Industry 4.0 economy. John is interested in developing consulting opportunities addressing business plan development, organizational strategy and corporate governance.
