To effectively teach others you must first ignite a fire of curiosity within the student and then continue to find new and interesting ways to fuel that flame.I believe one sure way to spark a flame within a potential ‘Learner’ is to show them how the textbook theories and concepts they are learning about have real world applications. As an instructor I not only challenge and guide the Learner(s) to get the best answers to problems but also help them understand how the assignments and exercises are relevant in industry both today and in the future.
