Personal profile
About
Dr. Rablau’s research is focused on photonics applications with particular emphasis on two aspects:
(1) optical and magneto-optic properties of materials investigated through fluorescence and
photoluminescence spectroscopy, optical absorption spectroscopy and light scattering; and
(2) fiber optic devices with emphasis on fiber-optics- based sensors and measurement techniques.
Enthusiasm, if genuine, can be contagious. Dr. Rablau believes if he shows enthusiasm for what he is teaching,
chances are his students will respond with increased interest and enthusiasm of their own.
